Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Saia Burgess 197124-029 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Schaevitz product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the PGF100AS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 340041 manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LSOC3 by Manufacturer Schaevitz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sciemetric-Instruments Brand 1000000232473 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schmersal such as 101178688 equipment made by Schmersal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schmersal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schmersal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AP2M020BTCT made by Sanyo as well as the popular MC02402000000 original spares produced by Sauer-Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1511SNDKVBA by Security-Door and 101178688 spares by Schmersal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AEC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schenck.
